Investigating - We are investigating an issue where subscription and payment status data is intermittently not synchronizing properly with our payment gateway partner (Cleverbridge).
This issue may cause certain client who have properly made payments, to have their stations be falsely suspended in the system, which will cause streaming to stop.
If this is a symptom you are experiencing, please open a support ticket at support@spacial.com and our team will reinstate your account.
