Identified - We have identified an issue where the latest version of Google Chrome is preventing SAM Reporter from generating reports as it no loger can access port 80 on the local machine. Our team is actively working on a fix which will be delayed in future releases of SAM Broadcaster Pro. In the meantime, users are encouraged to use the following workaround: To allow Chrome to access port 80, you can modify the Chrome shortcut properties as follows: - Right-click the Chrome shortcut and select Properties. - In the Properties window, go to the Shortcut tab. - Append the following flag to the end of the Target field: --explicitly-allowed-ports=80"

As part of our ongoing commitment to service excellence, Spacial will be conducting a major scheduled maintenance to upgrade our core network infrastructure. This critical enhancement is designed to further improve performance, reliability, and scalability across all platform systems.
Affected Services: * Streaming services * Billing systems * User interface actions * spacial.com website * Userzone (userzone.spacial.com)
During the scheduled maintenance window, brief interruptions in service may occur. While the maintenance window is four hours in duration, actual downtime is expected to remain under one hour. We anticipate temporary impacts to streaming, billing, and web portal access during this time. Our infrastructure and network operations teams will be closely monitoring all systems throughout the maintenance period to minimise disruption and ensure a seamless transition.
We recommend planning around the maintenance window where possible to avoid any potential inconvenience. For any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact our Support team.
