As part of our ongoing commitment to service excellence, Spacial will be conducting a major scheduled maintenance to upgrade our core network infrastructure. This critical enhancement is designed to further improve performance, reliability, and scalability across all platform systems.

* Billing systems
* User interface actions
* spacial.com website
* Userzone (userzone.spacial.com)

During the scheduled maintenance window, brief interruptions in service may occur. While the maintenance window is four hours in duration, actual downtime is expected to remain under one hour. We anticipate temporary impacts to streaming, billing, and web portal access during this time.
Our infrastructure and network operations teams will be closely monitoring all systems throughout the maintenance period to minimise disruption and ensure a seamless transition.
